Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills

This course is a 2-day Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills known as IOLS. This hands-on course provides adult leaders with practical skills needed to lead Scouts in the outdoors. Upon completion, leaders should feel comfortable assisting Scouts with the skills to earn the First Class rank. Along with Scoutmaster Specifics, this course is required of all direct contact leaders registered in Scouts BSA Units to be considered fully trained.
